We accept Medicare in addition to most insurance carriers. Due to the wide range of insurance plans, we recommend that you call your insurance company to confirm our physicians are covered under your plan. For your convenience, we are glad to file your insurance claim directly to your carrier. Please contact our billing department with any questions about your bill. Please bring all insurance cards to your appointments along with a photo identification.
About Your Visit
If your visit with us includes dilation of your pupils, please plan to be with us approximately 2 hours in order to perform a complete examination of your eyes. Also, dilated pupils will cause your eyes to be light sensitive, please plan to have someone drive you home after your appointment.
If you currently take prescription or over-the-counter medications, please bring the names and dosages of each of them to your appointment. We also ask you to please bring the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the physicians currently treating you.
